Separate facts from estimates
Official rules are identified as rules. Cost ranges, model fit and exporter comparisons are presented as planning guidance rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Document automation and updates
Automated tools may assist drafting, formatting and consistency checks. Dates change only when content, sources or decision guidance materially changes—not merely to appear fresh.
